1:About Payment:
We accept paypal payment, but for deal safty we just accept the verifed paypal account payment,shipping address and reciver name need match with your order detail.
2:About Deliver Time:
We send beauty machine or salon instrument by air express( EMS/UPS/DHL/FEDEX), usually the deliver time is about 5-6 workdays , but because the arrive time still base on destination customs policy or the speed of destination deliver agent, so we can not 100% promise the deliver time exactly in 5-6 day, some time the delay deliver may happened cause the destination clearing of customs or holiday. please take patience if your order send form us in 7-10 days, if deliver time over 12 day, that's means the parcel may in problem in deliver. please notice us , we'll check with deliver agent and find problem and resolve it.
3:About Feedback Speed From The Deliver Agent:
If the parcel deliver status in abnormal, we need report to deliver agent (EMS/DHL/UPS/FEDEX), the feedbak from these company may take diffrent time:
EMS:3-5 days
DHL:1-3 days
UPS:1-3 days
Fedex:1-3 days
So we can not reply you reason and deliver status immediately if the deliver problem happend, but because we had resolved many these problem before, so we can estimate the point and give you advice before we got format answer from deliver agent.

Our list price not include the customs duty or your country consume tax, usually we send machine as gifts or sample or declared value less cost, that's may avoid the duty or tax, but we can not promise the customs not request duty from you. please abidance by law of your location if that happened.
